This is how I automated our client onboarding process at our 7-figure agency
Sign Up to Make.com (FREE)
Listen for a Stripe Customer to be created
Send a welcome email to that customer with a link to complete a questionnaire on typeform
Once that is done, make an event to listen for when that typeform is completed.
Create a trello board template
Use that typeform information and fill our your trello template
Send them access to that trello with all the information in a second welcome email.
Finding out about these automations has truly changed my life, both personally and in business.
At first, I thought this only for very technical people but quickly realized that is not the case.
Its tools like this that broke down those barriers for me and allowed to me to start building cool tools like this. It even lead me to turning these automations into money, I know, crazy lol.
